Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a result of limited availability for appointments in our schedule and in order to best serve our patients, the following policy is necessary: 

There will be a charge if you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance. You will be billed a no-show/late cancellation fee +3% card charge if applicable, on the day of your visit.

The fee is as follows:

- $50.00

This change will begin effective April 1st, 2025.

This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
