Appointment Cancellation Policy

As a result of limited availability for appointments in our schedule and in order to best serve our patients, the following policy is necessary: 

There will be a charge if you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment in advance. Initial consultations will not be charged this fee. You will be billed a no-show/late cancellation fee on the day of your visit if you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. The fee is as follows:

- $25.00

This change will begin effective April 1st, 2025.

This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
